Kamal Haasan to the rescue of Lingusamy

Director N. Lingusamy who has been involved in bringing many novel films to the Tamil audiences like Paiyaa', Vettai', Vazhakku Enn 18/9', Kumki', Ivan Veramathiri', Anjaan' and Uttama Villain while Idam Porul Eval' and Rajini Murugan' are awaiting release. The directors production house Thirupathi Brothers has recently been embroiled in financial issues which caused the delay in the release of Uttama Villain'
Sources in the production house revealed that Kamal Haasan had sent a letter of assurance from Dubai that he will make a film for Thirupathi Brothers' on a first copy basis for Rupees thirty crores. This has come as a huge relief for all concerned and the details about the new film's director and cast and crew will be out shortly.
