Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is super active in politics and is always travelling to one place or the other to strengthen his party 'Makkal Neethi Maiam'. He participated in a private college function in Kumarapalayam in Namakkal District where he inaugurated a library named after legendary actor par excellence Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan.
Speaking at the occasion Kamal warned rival politicians that he has sat on the lap of Sivaji Ganesan, played on the shoulders of MGR and shook hands with Kalaigniar M Karunanidhi. The biggest surprise to fans came when the Ulaganayagan announced that he would be doing another film after 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar which starts principle photography in Decemeber.

The film, directed by late Bharathan had Sivaji Ganesan as the father and Kamal as his second son and successor. Kamal had already made it clear that he would be quitting the film industry to concentrate on his career and the millions of fans were dismayed that 'Indian 2' would be his last film. But now the sweet news has come straight from the man himself that there is more to come from him before the next assembly elections.
