After the Tamil Nadu Government's Ordinance to conduct Jallikattu has been passed as an Act in the State Assembly the protesters at Chennai Marina have withdrawn the protest on Monday night.

But still a few hundreds of protesters are continuing their protests at Marina putting forth a few demands.

When a press reporter asked Kamal Haasan whether he has anything to say to the unrelenting protesters, the veteran actor said "They need no one's advice. They know. They have been maintaining peace so far. They are standing their even after these developments in the past few days. Don't brand them as anti-social or anti-national. They are protesting for some reason."

When asked about some actors and celebrities calling those who are still continuing the protests at Marina as evil elements, Kamal said "I don't know how we can call them like that. Let them prove it. Then we can take action."
