Coronavirus has been creating panic among people all over the world, and there have been lots of deaths reported everywhere. India has more than 120 cases at the moment, and three cases of death have been confirmed so far in the country.

In such a situation, the state and central governments have been taking various measures to stop the spread of the virus, and have ordered closure of all places of public gatherings, including schools, colleges, theatres and malls. Actor Kamal Haasan has released a press note on Coronavirus impact and what needs to be done.

The actor has demanded TN govt to act on war footing basis, as the 4th and 5th weeks are critical in the spread of virus and the pattern needs to be broken. The actor has also suggested govt meeting with private medical facilities to organize labs for testing samples, and called for fast screening process. Besides personal hygiene and social distancing, the actor has also suggested govt to keep blood screening test kits for mass screening.
