Kamal Haasan, Karthik and Prabhu in the same film

Indiaglitz had earlier reported that veteran actors Karthik and Prabhu will be acting in important supporting characters in the film 'Muthuramalingam' which will have Karthik's son Gautham Karthik and Catherine Tresa in lead roles.

Now it has been revealed that Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan will also be a part of this film as a singer. Isaignani Ilaiyaraja is doing the musical score for this film and Kamal will be crooning one of the songs composed by maestro for this film. The music album of this film will have five songs written by veteran lyricist and scriptwriter Panchu Arunachalam.

Suman, Radharavi, Vivekh, Sukanya and Rekha are the other veteran actors included in the star cast of 'Muthuramalingam'.

The film is being directed by Rajadurai and produced by D.Vijaya Prakash under the Global Media Works banner. U.K.Senthilkumar is handling the cinematography and the National awardee N.B.Srikanth is taking care of Editing 'Muthuramalingam'.
