Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and ace director Shankar started 'Indian 2', a sequel to the blockbuster hit 1996 film of the duo 'Indian'. The mega-budgeted spectacle faced delays in production due to multiple reasons. Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies came together to revive it last year.

The film's talkie portions are likely to be wrapped up this month. Although Indian 2 comprises a huge multi-star cast, it is said that the team has kept the main villain of the movie a secret. Sources say that SJ Suryah is the secret antagonist of Indian 2. While talking about his upcoming film slate, SJ Suryah revealed that he's part of a big project in a recent interview.

It is worth mentioning that SJ Suryah is the villain of director Shankar's 'Gam Changer' with Ram Charan as well but it is officially announced already. Reportedly, he has already completed his portions for the movie and got paid the highest remuneration in his career for the role. However, there is no official confirmation of these reports.

Indian 2's star cast comprises Kamal Haasan, SJSuryah, Vivek, Siddharth, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, Manobala, Samuthirakani, George Maryan, Delhi Ganesh, Gulshan Grover, Yograj Singh and many other with music by Anirudh Ravichander.
