Actor Kamal Haasan has been criticizing the Tamil Nadu Government ruled by AIADMK. But when it comes to the Union Government lead by BJP, the actor has been apparently treading a cautious path. Though he has many a times vociferously opposed the communal agenda, he has seldom criticized the BJP Governent in policy matters.

Now probably for the first time the much loved actor who is getting ready for his state wide tour from February 21st has expressed a critical opinion about the budget for this financial year which was unveiled by the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the Parliament on Thursday. 

The actor while addressing the press before catching his flight to the US, said the budget shows that the Union Government has turned a blind eye to the woes of the middle class people, However the actor appreciated the slew of measures to support the farmers. 

The Ulaganayagan said he will give his final opinion on the budget only after consulting with experts in economics.
