Despicable politics, Kamal on setting up Cauvery Management Board

It is the general hope of the people that the Cauvery Management Board be set up at the earliest as directed by the Supreme Court. Both Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth have stated their opinions many a times about the setting up of the Cauvery Management Board as soon as possible. However, Kamal’s latest post in his social page rises an important question to consider.
Noting that India as a country shares its water resources with neighbouring countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh, Kamal has questioned why it isn't so possible between the states of the same country. Plus Kamal’s opinion also hints at a political powerplay involved in the delay of the same.
“Delay in setting up of Cauvery water board is not incompetence but despicable politics . Musical chairs being played with an eye on Karnataka's Chair,” he said. Here’s the tweet below:
We share river waters with Pakistan & Bangladesh. Why can't we do it between States within our country? Delay in setting up of Cauvery water board is not incompetence but despicable politics . Musical chairs being played with an eye on Karnataka's Chair.
