Kamal- Mouli project is on but with a major change

We were one of the first to report about Kamal Haasan's next after Sabaash Naidu' which will be directed by Mouli and titled Meyappan'. Initial sources suggested that the film will be produced by the prestigious AVM Productions banner which introduced Kamal Haasan in Kalathur Kannamma'.

We got the info from reliable sources that contrary to reports suggesting that there is no such project, Meyappan' directed by Mouli is definitely on but AVM is not involved in the project. The official announcement can be expected in the New Year. The Ulaganayagan will also resume shooting of Sabaash Naidu' co-starring Shruti Haasan and Ramya Krishnan in January 2017 and finish it in quick time.
