Kamal Haasan officially confirms about his next film director after 'Vikram'

Kamal Haasan is back to doing what he loves the most which is acting and will be shooting 'Vikram' for the next couple of months in Karaikudi and other locations. This is the first time in almost five decades that he is facing the camera after a gap of four years.
'Vikram' has the dream combo of Kamal, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil with Kalidas Jayaram, Andrea Jeremiah and Shivani Narayanan in other important characters. The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music by Anirudh and is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International.
Kamal in his latest interview with a Malayalam channel has revealed that he is writing a script for his next movie which will be directed by Mahesh Narayanan. The famous editor turned director has worked as an editor with Kamal in 'Vishwaroopam' and its sequel. He made his directorial debut in 2017 with the super hit 'Take Off' and followed it up with 'C U Soon' and 'Malik'.
The Ulaganayagan also stated that the troubled 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar is sixty percent complete and efforts are on to solve the issues between the director and Lyca Productions and the film will be completed soon.
