Kamal Haasan is undoubtedly the master of all trades when it comes to cinema as there is no field he has left untouched in it including dance choreography, singing, song writing, production apart from what he is best known for which is acting, screenwriting and direction. National Geographic Channel has feature the Ulaganayagan in their Mega Icons series in which Kamal elucidates on whether his talent is inborn, learned or achieved.
On the show Kamal revealed the lesser known fact that he has worked as assistant to world renowned makeup artist Michael Westmore on the sets of the Hollywood blockbuster 'Star Trek' directed by George Lucas. He did so to learn all the nuances of makeup and since the film had creatures it turned out to be a great experience of forty days to the legendary performer.
Now that the 'Bigg Boss 2 Tamil' hosted by Kamal has wound up he is said to be keen to complete his comedy drama 'Sabaash Naidu' costarring Ramya Krishnan and Shruti Haasan. The film that began a couple of years earlier was stopped in the middle due to unfortunate circumstances. Kamal will start shooting for 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar from December onwards.
