Delhi Highcourt verdict on Kamal Haasan case!

Recently, Makkal Needhi Maiam president and actor Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan had been campaigning in Aravakurichi, during which in his speech he had mentioned on terrorism existing in any religion being terrorism, and had said that Independent India's first terrorist was Nadhuram Godse who killed Mahathma Gandhi.
Following this there was huge outrage with many venting out anger against Kamal on social media that he had degraded Hinduism and many politicians like Rajendra Balaji and BJP leaders had opposed his views, and a BJP advocate had filed a case against Kamal in Delhi high court and the case came for hearing today.
After the enquiry on the case, the Delhi High court declared the case dismissed, citing reason that there are various cases filed on Kamal Haasan for the same issue. Besides, during the hearing the advocate who appeared on behalf of Election commission had said that action has been taken against Kamal Haasan for his speech.
