Prior to the Lok Sabha elections, Actor and Politician, Makkal Needhi Maiam President Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan had come up with a video, where he was seen watching a TV and breaks the TV hearing the false promises of various political party members.

Now,as he was denied permission to campaign in Sulur today, Kamal has come with another video, where he has made an emotional appeal to people of Tamil Nadu. The video has a glimpse of Kamal's visit to the house of a person named Kaliappan, who was killed during the sterlite protesters shootout last year, and his sisters crying and venting out their grief to Kamal, questioning him on why Pollachi sexual abuse criminals are let free while their innocent brother who went to collect his salary was killed.

Following this, Kamal says in the video that he does not have an answer to their right question, and that the people must answer with the election results. He also attacked that the people behind sterlite shootout shamelessly campaign and meet people for votes now.Finally, the video ends with a new TV being fixed, and Kamal says, just like he broke the TV earlier (in the earlier video) and has changed it, on May 23, TN people must change the government.
