Kamal wonders whether government wants him to react adversely

The Tamil Nadu government has appointed M.K. Surappa from Karnataka as the Vice Chancellor of Anna University and at this point of time it is seen as a bad move as the opposition is rallying together to press the center to set up the Cauvery Management Board.

The Makkal Neethi Maiam leader Kamal Haasan has questioned the TN government " We asked for water from Karnataka and we get a vice-chancellor from Karnataka instead. The gulf between people and the government cannot be more obvious. Are they taunting us so we react adversely? I wonder what their game plan is?".
