As Coronavirus has been taking toll on the normal lives of people, the number of cases in India has reached 250, and the number of deaths due to corona in the country has gone up to 4. In such a situation, people have been advised to stay indoors and avoid social contact.

Actor and Politician Kamal Haasan has now released a video, creating an awareness on social distancing. In the video, Kamal says: "We have seen growth in the impacts caused by coronavirus in the 4th and 5th weeks, from many other countries. Why does this happen? When the symptoms aren't visible, people who have the coronavirus infection, travel to places, and if there are 5 infected people. they spread it to 25, and it goes to many more and hence we must follow social distancing."

He further says "Tamil Nadu is now in the 4th week of the corona effect. We must avoid crowded places and go outside only most important needs. I've come out just for creating awareness through this video. It isn't necessary that Coronavirus will lead to death, but few, due to their existing health conditions might face death.Hence, social distancing is needed. Be in your homes, spend time with your families, talk to your loved ones over phone, but when someone calls for a meeting, avoid it. Be responsible and ensure each of you don't impact the other. Let us take precautions rather than doing after getting infected, stay distant. We should not become carriers of the virus due to blind confidence that we won't be affected. Don't forget that precautions are important."
