Kamal Haasan who is all set to announce his political party name on the 21st of February, today attended a private college function and in the register he signed as a poltician for the first time.  Students asked him many questions which he answered cleary and here are the excerpts of the same.

Kamal addressed the students pointing out that he did not come to them as a leader but to meet the future leaders who are today's students.  Instead of announcing that he has come to politics he said that he would like the students to become aware of politics.  The 'Indian2' star said that the suppression of freedom of speech is not a democracy and similarly voting is not a business but one that should be excercised with utmost care.  To another question his reply was that he is not alone in politics as he has the young brigade behind him.

Condemning the attack on school children in the 'Padmavat' issue, Kamal lamented that classic films like 'Anbe Sivam', 'Varumaiyin Niram Sivappu' and 'Devar Magan' cannot be made today.
