Kamal Haasan captured the imagination of the younger generation by through his stint with 'Bigg Boss' before switching to politics by starting the Makkal Needhi Maiam.  The season two of the popular show is set to begin soon and there were speculations that Suirya and Arvind Swamy could be the new hosts.

The new buzz that is doing the rounds in industry circles is that Kamal is likely to return as host for 'Bigg Boss 2' on Vijay TV.  Though there would be widespread criticism if the Ulaganayagan takes the decision people in the know are of the opinion that it is his new strategy.  The show has a huge viewer base and Kamal is said to be keen on capitalizing on that once more to spread the policies of his party to the people,  especially the youngsters.  This legend never ceases with his every move and it remains to be seen if he would return as the 'Bigg Boss' or not.
