Actor Kamal Haasan has reportedly been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. He was in Hyderabad on Wednesday to call on veteran director K Vishwanath. Upon his return, the 'Vikram' actor was taken to hospital.
"He has been admitted to Sri Ramachandra Hospital in Porur, Chennai. He has had symptoms of mild fever. He is currently undergoing treatment," a report says. It is in this hospital that he had undergone treatment when he was treated for Covid-19 in 2021.
Director Shankar’s 'Indian 2' is his next film. Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies are bankrolling it.
The actor recently announced a reunion with 'Ponniyin Selvan' director Mani Ratnam for his 234th movie. To be produced on a lavish scale by Raaj Kamal Films International, Madras Talkies and Red Giant Movies, it is going to have music by AR Rahman.
