Kamal Haasan demands govt department to wake up

The Cauvery Delta Watch allege that ONGC does not have proper licences from the Tamil Nadu Government and is illegally extrating hydro carbon from the Cauvery Delta region.  The organization which has environmental activists and citizens of the area as members also claim that they have documental evidence and warn that the company is unprepared for oil well leaks.

The Makkal Needhi Maiam, leader Kamal Haasan has condemned the lapse by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board  (TNPCB) by posting " Evidence of yet another state body not doing it's job. Cauvery Delta watch has unearthed shocking breach of people's trust by TN's pollution control board. Please wake up TNPCB"
