Kamal Haasan has had a busy November having inaugurated statues for his father D. Srinivasan and guru K. Balachander in Paramukudi and Chennai respectively and also being felicitated for his sixtieth year in the film industry on Sunday. At the Kamal 60 event Rajini stated that a miracle happened yesterday when Edappadi Pazhaniswamy became the chief minister of Tamil Nadu and today as a miracle EPS is continuing to rule in spite of negative prediction and tomorrow another miracle is set to happen.
Kamal Haasan returned to Chennai after receiving an honorary doctorate from the Odisha chief minister Biju Patnaik. Reporters asked him what his opinion is about Rajini's "miracle" speech and whether it is a hint about them joining hands. Kamal in his usual style replied that for the past forty-four years they have been together and it is no miracle if they do so in politics. The MNM leader hinted that for the good of Tamil Nadu he and arch professional rival Rajini will not think twice about working together and when it will happen at an appropriate time.
