Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has stayed back in the USA after participating in the glimpse video launch of Vyjayanthi Movies 'Kalki 2898 AD' directed by Nag Ashwin. He is playing the chief antagonist in the futuristic epic that has Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani in the lead roles.
We brought the news to you that Kamal and Shankar met in the US and visited the LOLA VFX LA to discuss the deaging technology for 'Indian 2'. The thespian also caught up wtih Oscar winning makeup artiste and close friend, Michael Westmore.
Now pics have gone viral of Kamal and A.R. Rahman visiting the Oscar (Academy) Museum in L.A. The two celebrated icons of Indian cinema watched Francis Ford Coppola's timeless classic 'The Godfather' screening together and also reminiscenced over the Isaipuyal's Oscar winning moments in 2009 for 'Slumdog Millionaire' on the digital screen.
While A.R. Rahman scored the music for Kamal's 'Indian', Anirudh has replaced him in 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar. Sources say that the legends will be collaborating in 'KH 233' directed by H. Vinoth. It is worth mentioning that the project is actually the revival of Kamal's 'Thalaivan Irukinran' announced with ARR's music a few years back. Lets wait for the official announcement.
