Today the living legend Kamal Haasan is celebrating his 65th birthday and has remained Tamil cinema's pride on the world stage for a majority of those years. So much has been talked about and written regarding his exemplary acting and if he saw Sivaji Ganesan as his forefather in cinema, his contemporaries and the future artistes to come will celebrate him in that capacity.

Whatever a young filmmaker can dream of as different Kamal would have already done it light years back. Hence he can only be followed and never surpassed for such is the hard work and sheer dedication put into his labors of love for the better part of his sixty-five years on the planet.
Kamal's politics no doubt make his hardcore cinema fans feel cheated and many are crying out for him to stay back and continue entertaining.
