Legendary actor Kamal Haasan celebrates his 65th birthday today, and the actor who had been shooting in Gwalior for Shankar's Indian 2, had taken a break and is back in Tamil Nadu on eve of his birthday, which also happens to be the death anniversary of his father Srinivasan.

Today, along with his daughters Shruti Haasan and Akshara Haasan, and brother Charu Haasan, Kamal has reached Paramakudi, and will be unveiling the statue of his father. On the special occasion, Shruti Haasan shared a photo of herself with dad Kamal and sister Akshara and wished him.

The lovely message read "Happy birthday Bapuji @ikamalhaasan ❤️ such a special birthday marking 60 years of your work in cinema , we get to go back to paramakudi we get to celebrate atthis life as well and most importantly we get to be a part of your very special life :) love you lots pappa".
