Actor and politician Kamal Haasan of Makkal Needhi Maiam has never been averse to stating his opinions as it is. Kamal’s latest opinion as of yesterday is that the government lacks the courage to face criticisms.

While the word around is that the state has been not so friendly to media outlets which has been criticising it, Kamal has opined that a state lacking honesty or courage to face criticisms has no chance of being etched in our memory or history. Further he stated that one of Makkal Needhi Maiam’s goals is to bring change to this deplorable situation.
