Keep doubting me, Kamal's straightforward message

A Women’s Meet was organised by Kamal’s Makkal Needhi Maiam yesterday in light of International Women’s Day. Kamal was asked what if his rule was not satisfactory and people wanted him to resign office, to which Kamal dished out a straight and direct response.
Kamal responded that it would have been better if the question was asked to the previous rulers. He also stated that because the same question wasn’t asked to them, they have become lethargic and things are not proper now. Further Kamal also asked the gathering to keep doubting his honesty consistently as it will help him be vigilant in his duties. 'Not only me, but whoever comes’, he added. This direct and unabashed answer seems to have impressed the masses.
