It is no big secret that seasoned director K Balachandar is the mentor to Ulaga Nayagan. After wrapping up 'Vishwaroopam 2', it is well known that the famed actor will jump next to the sets of 'Uthama Villain', which is a story penned down by him, and helmed by his close pal and actor-director Ramesh Aravind. 'Uthama Villain' is said to be a story based on the lines of the life of an ageing superstar. Dialogues for the film will be written in comic entertaining light by Crazy Mohan and the film is produced on first copy basis for producer-director Ligusamy's production house Thirupathi Brothers, by Raj Kamal Films.

Now for the surprise - the latest addition to 'Uthama Villain' is KB! We hear from sources close to the team that Kamal Hassan has invited the veteran director and his mentor, K Balachandar to act in 'Uthama Villain'; the director will be seen playing a crucial role in the film.
