D Siva Prasad Reddy's home banner Kamakshi Kala Movies is crossing a watermark in January 2010. The next year will mark its 25th year in Telugu cinema, a rare feat in an industry where few movie moguls have achieved it.

In its silver jubilee year, it is coming up with 'Kedi', starring Nagarjuna and Mamatha Mohandas. The film is directed by newcomer Kiran and is a big ticket release for Sankranthi. Surprising everyone, the banner has already declared a movie with Nag Chaitanya, which will begin after the release of Kedi.

Reminscing about his association with Nag, Mr. Reddy said at the press meet at Novotel, that he knew Nagarjuna as a friend since 25 years, from the days when his son was a toddler.

Blockbusters like Mutha Mestri, King, Allari Alludu etc in the past.
