'Kalki' pre-release event cancelled

The pre-release event of 'Kalki' has been called off. The event was scheduled to be held on Thursday evening. However, with Vijaya Nirmala passing away suddenly, the makers have cancelled it as a mark of mourning.
Director Prasanth Varma is banking on Rajasekhar's heroism, Sai Teja's story and Scriptsville's screenplay. Adah Sharma, Nanditha Swetha, Poojitha Ponnada and Scarlett Wilson are part of the cast. Nasser, Jayaprakash, Siddhu Jonnalagedda, Charan Deep, and others also seen.
With a U/A, the visually-rich film has a run time of 142 minutes. It releases on June 28.
