The unveiling of the music video for "Bhairava Anthem" from Nag Ashwin's much-anticipated Telugu sci-fi blockbuster, "Kalki 2898 AD," created a buzz on Monday.

The video presents a thrilling crossover with Telugu cinema's titan, Prabhas, and Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh sharing the screen. The anthem, an eclectic blend of Punjabi and Telugu tunes, marks a high-energy collaboration between the two stars. Set against a backdrop that melds rustic charm with sci-fi elements, the video showcases Prabhas in his character Bhairava's avatar, engaging in intense action sequences. A highlight is when he showcases his strength, deflecting an attack with sheer muscle power. Diljit makes a grand entry with his iconic line "Punjabi aa gaye oye," reminiscent of his debut at Coachella.

Diljit's attire a grey tee paired with black denim, a red-grey jacket, and a maroon turban complements his Punjabi pop style as he belts out the anthem. The camaraderie between Prabhas and Diljit peaks as they don turbans, exchange handshakes, and groove together. The video also features Diljit's bhangra moves and Prabhas in high-speed chases with Buji, Bhairava's trusty futuristic car. Diljit's signature moustache twirl caps off the video, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the film's release on June 27.

"Kalki 2898 AD," directed by Nag Ashwin, is a post-apocalyptic saga inspired by Hindu scriptures and set in the distant future of 2898 AD. The trailer hints at a reimagined Mahabharata through a dystopian lens. The star-studded cast includes Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani.

Diljit continues to ride high following his role in Imtiaz Ali's musical biopic "Amar Singh Chamkila." Fans and movie lovers are waiting eagerly to enjoy the visual extravaganza on the big screen on June 27 as soon as possible.
