Venkatesh's journey began with the release of "Kaliyuga Pandavulu" on August 14th, 1986, a film produced by Ramanaidu under Suresh Productions and directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. This film marked the debut of Khushbu in South Indian cinema, a journey that would propel her to stardom and later into the world of politics.

Recalling her first Telugu film, Khushbu expressed her gratitude to Venkatesh, Suresh Productions, and the director, acknowledging the impact "Kaliyuga Pandavulu" had on her career.
