Kalasudha Ugadi Puraskaralu on March 27

Sri Kalasudha Telugu Association from Chennai has been presenting the Ugadi Puraskaralu, for the past ten years. This year (2009) the presentation function will be held at Music Academy Hall, in Chennai. This was announced by the association members at a recent press meet.

Enumerating on the list of recipients head of the organization Srinivas said “the awards will be presented by renowned director K.Viswanath. This year we are presenting 12 Puraskars in various categories of film field and 4 Puraskars in social service field, as follows.”

Mallanna, shoot on in Chennai

The last of shooting for Vikram-Shriya starrer 'Mallanna' is currently on in Chennai. A song, which begins with Vikram listing out knick-knacks like Koozhu, Sundal, Verkadalai, is being shot currently. It is said that the song is a part of Vikram’s flashback in the film.
