As we had reported earlier 'Kabali' actor Kalaiyarasan is acting in a film produced by Thirkumaran Entertainments banner of C.V.Kumar. The film directed by debutant Rohin Venkateshan has been titled as 'Adhey Kangal'. Janani Iyer and Shivada play the female lead roles.

The makers have revealed the plot of the film. The hero Varun is a chef. His close friend Sadhana is a journalist who falls in love with him. When she meets Varun's parents to convey her wish to marry him. Varun starts loving Deepa who works in a garment shop and Deepa reciprocates his feelings.

A sudden unusual incident changes their lives upside down. What happens next has been told in a thrilling manner.

Rohin Venkateshan is a former associate of director Vishnuvardhan. He has penned the story and screenplay along with Mukhil who has penned the dialogues. Ghibran has rendered the musical score. Ravivarman Neelamegam has handled the cinematography. Editing is by Leo John Paul. Lyrics have been penned by Uma Devi and Parvathy. Hari Dinesh has designed the stunt sequences.
