Suriya is now a National Award-winning actor as he landed the Best Actor award for the critically acclaimed biopic film 'Soorarai Pottru'. Also, he is celebrating his 47th birthday today. So, producer Kalaippuli S Thanu announced that BTS videos from the 'Vaadivasal' test shoot will be released today.

We already know that Suriya teamed up with Kalaippuli S Thanu's V Creations and K-town's most successful director Vetrimaaran for 'Vaadivasal', an adaptation of CS Chellappa's novel of the same name. He will be seen as a Jallikattu player in this movie and has also bought two bulls to train for his character.

A glimpse video featuring the footage from the 'Vaadivasal' test shoot, which happened a couple of months ago, surfaced over the internet just now. Launching the clip, Kalaippuli S Thanu wrote, "On the birthday of National award winner Mr @suriya_offl, here's a glimpse video of he training with bull tamers to prepare himself for #Vadivaasal." (sic)

The minute-long video's title clearly says that it is not a teaser of 'Vaadivasal'. The glimpse showed Suriya learning the nuances of Tamil bull-taming from the professionals. The clip opens with a Jallikattu bull being let out into the field and Suriya tagging along with the others to tame the bull. The actual shoot of the film will kickstart once Vetrimaaran completes his current film 'Viduthalai', starring Soori and Vijay Sethupathi.
