Although it sounds romantic, it is not what we mean. The striking couple of our B-town will soon act together again in a film, which is in fact going to be a remake of a Hollywood movie titled ‘Date Night’.

Bannered under 20th Century Fox, ‘Date Night’ is an action comedy which features Steve Carell and Tina Fey in the lead. The story is reported to be about a couple struggling with their lives and marriage till a visit to a trendy restaurant results in a case of mistaken identity, and then starts a non-stop adventure.

According to sources, Kajol and Ajay were approached by Fox Star Studios. After watching the Hollywood flick recently, both the stars said to have given their nod for its remake.

But of late there has been lot of tittle-tattle about Kajol’s pregnancy. And sources say the two actors are considering a lot of factors involving family and work commitments. “There is a possibility that Ajay may buy the rights of the film. A lot also depends on how Kajol wants to conduct her career after she delivers her second baby,” added the sources.

However if all goes well, this will be the first film Kajol would act after her delivery.

Meanwhile ‘Date Night’ releases on April 9.
