Kajal Aggarwal has on Thursday donated a sum of Rs 2 lakh to Tollywood's Corona Crisis Charity fund. Giridhar, the star actress' manager, transferred the money to the CCC, which is supervised by Megastar Chiranjeevi.

As per Chiru, Kajal and Tamannaah promised to donate to the fund weeks ago. Chiru's team, which is taking care of the fund, has been approaching actresses individually. Since most well-heeled Tollywood actresses are not from the Telugu States, they may not be naturally inclined to donate to the fund. They have been philanthropic in their individual capacities otherwise.

The CCC fund has brought much-needed relief to thousands of cine workers, who would have been left hungry but for the timely help.

As for Kajal, 'Mosagallu' with Manchu Vishnu is an IT crime-thriller is her upcoming movie. In Tamil, she is doing Shankar's 'Indian-2', besides 'Hey Sinamika' and 'Paris Paris'. In Hindi, 'Mumbai Saga' is lined up.
