Recently actress Kajal Aggarwal was in news for visitng Sri Kalahasthi temple and performing some special poojas. The reason for the pooja was cited as her prayers for timely marriage and progress in her acting career. It is to be noted that Kajal’s younger sister Nisha Aggarwal has entered the wedlock before her and the former’s recent films except Jilla haven’t done well at the box office and her roles in those movies were also criticized.

However in a recent Interview the Thuppakki girl laughed at these rumors and said that she is not desperate for marriage and she is very happy with the way her career is shaping up. Clarifying on her visit to Sri Kalahasthi the temple which is visited by people for offering parihars for problems relating to marriage, she said she had to visit Lord Venkateshwara temple in Tirupathi with her friends who flew down from the US and visited Sri Kalahasthi also which is just an hour’s drive from Tirupathi. Over there she performed some poojas which has led to rumors about her marriage and a career.

Kajal’s latest film Jilla has been declared a super hit and her next in Tamil will be a fun filled romantic film directed by Balaji Mohan, which is expected to kick start from May. She will also be working in a Telugu film opposite Ram Charan Teja. The film will be directed by Krishna Vamsi. She also has two Bollywood scripts waiting for her nod.

The actress also confirmed that she was approached to play Kamal’s lead lady in Uthama Villain but she could not accommodate dates for the project.
