Here comes the official confirmation about Kajal Aggarwal's first time pairing up with Thala Ajith in 'AK 57'. The chirpy actress herself has confirmed the good news in her interview to a popular music channel.

The 'Thuppakki' girl has further revealed that her looks for the character has been finalised. She plays a calm and composed girl in the film which is completely in contrast to her original character and also what she has been played in films so far.

She is presently shooting for 'Kavalai Vendam' with Jiiva and in this film she plays a bubbly talkative girl character and Kajal admits that is exactly how she is in real life as well.

Meanwhile there were rumours suggesting that to take up Ajith's film, the 'Jilla' star has quit 'Garuda' directed by Thiru with Vikram in the lead, as it has not taken off even after months after initial announcement.

However Kajal has denied this and confirmed that she is very much a part of 'Garuda' and the film has been pushed, leaving her with dates to offer for 'AK 57'.

This would mean that the charming and talented lass will act back to back with Ajith and Vikram while she has already acted with leading stars like Vijay, Suriya, Karthi and Vishal.

She is expected to catch her flight to Bulgaria to join the first schedule of 'AK 57' likely to commence next week.
