Kajal Agarwal enters Kannada films

Kajal Agarwal seems to be the next big heroine who is going to rock Sandalwood. The actress, who is already a popular face in Tamil and Telugu, has received her first offer for Kannada films.
Debutant director Raghu Hassan, who has started work on his film ÂThathasthu with Chiraag playing the lead role, has approached Kajal to play the heroine. ÂAn official announcement will be made soon, he says.
Revealing more details, he says, ÂWe initially approached Kajal Agarwal and Sonam Kapoor for the role. However, we have now more or less finalised on Kajal Agarwal as the actress has also discussed her expectations.Â
Even Chiraag has echoed the same and hinted that Kajal is likely to be the heroine of the film. Produced by Anaji Nagaraj, ÂThathasthu was launched on July 9. Meanwhile, the actress is busy with three Telugu ventures and two Tamil films, all big banners.
