Is Selvaraghavan’s first hero working as a taxi driver now? – DEETS

The photos of the actor who played the main lead character in Selvaraghavan’s debut film ‘Kadal Kondein’ supposedly working as a vehicle driver is causing a sensation on the internet.  Though Selvaraghavan made an unofficial debut in ‘Thulluvadho Ilamai’ as a director his father Kasthuri Raja was given credit in that film.

‘Kadhal Kondein’ released in the year 2003 marked the debut of today’ superstar Dhanush and Sonia Agarwal as well.  Dhanush played a psychopath killer in the film while another newcomer Sudeep Sarangi was cast as Aadhi Kesavan the male lead opposite Sonia.

While as mentioned earlier Dhanush is today one of the highest rated actors in the country and Sonia Agarwal also had her share of success starring opposite Thalapathy Vijay in ‘Madurey’, Simbu in ‘Kovil’, Arya in ‘Oru Kallooriyin Kathai’ and Dhanush again in ‘Pudupettai’.  Selvaraghavan’s cult classic love story ‘7G Rainbow Colony’ is her most memorable film till date.

On the other hand Sudeep Sarangi did not find much success in the cine field even though he acted in several Tamil, Bengali and Hindi films and serials.  Now coming to the photo of Sudeep in a kakhi uniform raised speculations about him working as a cab driver for survival.

However Sudeep has set the record straight stating on his social media that he wore the outfit for a bank advertisement.  He further added that he is in a happy space now and is acting in a few projects and is not struggling to make ends meet.
