Kadal and Thuppaki: Two ladoos for Vijay TV

Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal' is the talk of the tinsel town now. the film starring Gautham Kathik and Thulasi Nair in the lead is likely to hit the screens in the month of February. A official press meet was held at Chennai recently in which the team participated. With the release of the film nearing, 'Kadal' has been approached by various companies for getting the rights.
The latest buzz is that, Vijay TV has got the satellite rights for Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal'. Not just that, the satellite rights of 'Thuppaki' which topped the grossing in the year 2012 too have fallen into the hands of Vijay TV. It is said that, Gemini Film Circuit being the Producers of both the films, they have been given to Vijay TV together.
