No introduction is required to Superstar Rajinikanth's immense popularity among ethnic Tamil Indians in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. His upcoming film Kabali has been extensively shot in Malaysia and the grand reception he received during his stay there was fabulous.

The Kabali fever has begun as the audio and trailer are expected to be out in the third week of May, and the film will release in the first week of June.

Keeping that in mind the business talks for the film have already started. The first announcement related to Kabali theatrical release is about the film's never before scale of release in Indonesia.

The distributor who has acquired the film in Indonesia has confirmed on his social media page, that the Superstar's much anticipated gangster flick will be released in as many as 300 screens in Indonesia, which is the highest number for an Indian film in Indonesia.
