Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is juggling many projects currently. His back to back releases shows his versatility and the hard work he put forth in his work. While many of his films were released on OTT platforms it looks like the much anticipated triangular love drama 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal' will also skip theatrical release.

Director Vignesh Shivan's fourth feature film titled 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal' was wrapped recently and the post-production works are underway. The film stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha. BTS pictures from the film were also leaked online and instantly went viral.

While the second single from the film was released recently, the latest buzz states that a popular OTT platform is in talks with the team and it looks like the much-awaited film might release directly on the OTT platform skipping theatrical release.

Though Vijay Sethupathi has already worked with both Samantha and Nayanthara, this film marks the first time collaboration between Samantha and Nayanthara. 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio in association with Vignesh Shivan's Rowdy Pictures.
