Simbu in condolence message reveals about K.V. Anand's last planned film

National Award-winning cinematographer turned ace commercial director K.V. Anand passed away in Chennai at the age of 54 early this morning at 3.30 am due to a cardiac arrest. The entire South Indian film industry is paying tributes to him on social hailing him as an irreplaceable loss.

Simbu in his condolence message has revealed that K.V. Anand's last planned film was with him. He has written in Tamil Even though death is inevitable it still shocks when hale and healthy people who are in constant touch with us depart suddenly. I was supposed to act in Ko but it didn't work out. due to circumstances during that time We were planning to do a film together soon with a great story, and he was in constant touch with me speaking to me on a daily basis and now that he is no more is mind-numbing to me.

Simbu has added Anand will not even speak loudly and never hurt a person and his talent was so high that he would have continued to make more meaningful films but he has gone to his heavenly abode too soon. His loss is an irreparable one to Tamil cinema and my deepest condolences to the family and friends. Let him rest in the hands of God.
