K Raghavendra Rao announces 'Pelli Sandadi 2'

'Pelli Sandadi', the 1996 blockbuster, is in the news all over again. Legendary filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao on Friday announced its sequel by releasing a special poster.

A report says that Srikanth's son Roshan is going to be the lead man of the film. It can be said that he is stepping into the shoes of his father for the sequel. The 1996 movie starred Ravali and Deepthi Bhatnagar as the female leads.

MM Keeravani, once again, is the music director. He is already busy belting out tunes.

If the story is by Shiva Shakti Datta, dialogues are by Sreedhar Seepana. It's rumoured that Raghavendra Rao is only supervising the film and is not going to direct it. Bankrolled by Arka Media Works and RK Film Associates, the film will hit the screens in 2021.
