K.Bhagyaraj turns villain after 36 years

Hailed as one of the best screenwriters of India, K. Bhagyaraj carved a niche for himself as a writer-director and hero. He was first noticed in a villainous role in Kanni Paruvathiley' but gained widespread fans through his innocent common man roles.
Director Mysskin's multistarrer Thupparivalan' boasts of such big names like Vishal, Vinay Rai, Prasanna, Akshara Haasan, Anu Immanuel and Andrea Jeremiah. We hear from reliable sources that Bhagyaraj will be donning the role of the villain in the film. It may be noted that under Mysskin's direction comedy hero Pandiarajan gave a riveting performance as a ruthless baddie in Anjathey' and now he has given a similar role to the guru. Bhagyaraj last played a negative role 36 years ago in Vidiyum Varai Kaathiru'.
