Jyothirmayi is again feeling high to be the part of the recent Tamil hit 'Naan Avanillai'. The movie is a remake of yesteryear classic titled the same directed by K Balachander, has her playing a Malayalee girl which has Jeevan in the lead. The film is to be released this week in Kerala too.

"I am happy that even after my maiden venture Thalainagaram's big win is followed by another in 'Naan Avanillai'. People say that I appeared in glamorous outfits for a song in 'Naan Avanillai'. However I feel it was what the script demanded from me. Doing glamour roles that would suit the story is no wrong."

She is too busy for Malayalam even though she had completed a new film 'Aakasham' opposite Harishree Ashokan as the hero. But in Tamil, she has plenty of releases coming her way like Periyar, with Sathyaraj, where she plays Nagammai, Periyar's wife. The actress who dreams of becoming a director at some point of her career is also making her endeavors to be a part of the technical departments of film making.
