Jyothirmayi will play a prominent role in Ayur Rekha, based on K K Sudhakaran's short story Rekhayillaththa.
G M Manu will direct the investigative thriller that revolves around a murder mystery.
Produced by Sunny Kunthamattam, the movie also has Sreenivasan, Mukesh, Indrajith, Sindhu Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar and Nedumudi Venu in the cast.
Jyothirmayi has also signed a woman-centric movie, Adayalangal, to be directed by M G Sasi.
