Movies have a great influence on society, in a positive as well as a negative way, and one such instance of a movie impacting the society has happened with the recently released Jyotika starrer Ratchasi. Directed by debutant Sy. Gowtham Raj, the movie was produced by Dream Warrior Pictures.

In Ratchasi, Jyotika played a government school headmistress who creates changes in the school with her decisions, and fights against several practices in the school. Jyotika's character is seen making the students burn the caste based color coded bands in the movie.

Now, the Director of School education has ordered the monitoring and identification of schools that follow such caste coded bands and instructed the Chief educational officers to take strong action against such schools. Producer Dream warrior pictures has shared the order from the Director of school education and captioned it "That happiness when your dream comes true".
