Bala's 'Naachiyaar' opening weekend Tamil Nadu box office details

Last friday's release 'Naachiyaar' directed by Bala and starring Jyothika and GVP has taken a strong opening in Tamil Nadu and the collections have impressed like that of a front line hero's film. The total TN gross fot the three day weekend has been 5.5 Crores.
'Naachiyaar' has taken 1.02Cr in Chennai, 1.57Cr. in Chengalput area, 1.1Cr. in Coimbatore region, 26 lakhs in Salem and 21 Lakhs in Tirunelveli - Kanyakumar zone. The film is said to have picked up well and since there are no major releases expected this weekend and with the strike announced for the March 1st weekend it could well become a big grosser.
