Why Magalir Mattum will be a milestone in Jyothika’s film?

Actress Jyothika’s next release is ‘Magalir Mattum’ directed by Bramma, who gave us the National award winning ‘Kutram Kadidhal’. The film produced by Jo’s husband Suriya under his 2D Entertainment banner is getting ready to hit the screens on September 15,2017. 

Jyothika has done many new things in the film. She rides a bullet, she plays a documentary filmmaker and she has also reduced her weight to look younger and fit in this film touted to be a tribute to womankind. Now in her special RED CARPET interview to IndiaGlitz the super talented actress revealed she has dubbed her Tamil lines on her own for the first time in ‘Magalir Mattum’

“With a lot of fear…with a lot of confusion this time. As told to me by Bramma that this time I have to dub. We went in the dubbing theatre.I know my lines. There is a slight bit of here and there in the accent which has to be corrected by someone. This time we are very particular. Bramma sat through. It took 10-12 days (for me( to dub. It was a moment for me as I first time heard my own voice on my face. I thanked him for making me do this. I really needed someone who is the master of the language to sit with me and tell me that ‘okay this is correct’. Otherwise the confidence is not coming.”
